All About Phoenix Hair & Make Up
The highly acclaimed Phoenix Hair & Make Up was founded by Pauline Heap Williams in 2000. Hairdressing is in her blood. She followed in the footsteps of her parents who owned ‘Louise’s’ a very successful hair salon in Abergele North Wales.
After that, Pauline, with her sister, opened Highstyles, employing up to twenty five people. Pauline’s career took her into working in TV and competing nationally and internationally as a member of the British Hairstyling Team.

Our special bond at work and at play (!) is strengthened by our commitment to local fundraising. At work, in 2010, in record time, we were proud to have received the prestigious Investors in People Award.
